Tri-FLA is South Florida’s newest and fastest growing Triathlon and Multi-Sport club. Built upon the solid foundation of FLA Masters Swim Team. We are dedicated to offering a great training opportunity for those who are looking for a fun and challenging atmosphere for Triathletes of all ages and abilities. TRI-FLA has the unique advantage of being located near the beach, offering a fantastic venue for training, whether it is open water swimming, a run along the beach, or a fifty mile bike ride down A1A. In addition, you can take advantage of the two 50-meter pools and premier swim coaching instructions at the International Swimming Hall of Fame.

Weekly Workout Plans –
$75.00 for Members
$100.00 for Non Members
Receive a 1-week workout plan at the beginning of every week, 30 minute phone review per week by appointment, unlimited emailing.

Weekly Boot camp Workout –$400.00
This includes private consultation, one on one workoouts, dryland workouts i.e. push ups, crunches, medicine ball. etc.. Swim workouts, and Running workouts.

- 6:00-7:00 A.M.
- 7:00-8:00 A.M.
- 12:00-1:00 P.M.
- 6:15-7:15 P.M.
Tuesday and Thursday
- 6:00-7:30 A.M. Long Course
Saturday
- 7:00-8:00 A.M.
- 9:00-10:00 A.M. / Open Water Swimming

Running Schedule :
Wednesday
- 5:00-6:00 P.M.

Dryland Schedule : (Crunches, Pushups, and Spinning.....etc.)
Wednesday

- 7:15-8:15 P.M.
Saturday
- 8:00-9:00 A.M.
