Adult Level 1                                                                            

Ages: 13+      45 minutes                                                                                                                      

Basic swimming skills are taught for adults learning to swim. Skills such as holding breath, floating, and basic stroke  technique are emphasized.

Sunday Session:      6/30 - 8/11         7 Classes         11:15 - 12:00 pm

Resident Rate: $70 per session      Non Resident Rate: $105 per session





Adult Level 2

Ages: 13+      45 minutes  

A range of intermediate to advanced skills are taught for adults wanting to improve their swimming strokes and endurance in the pool. Stroke and rotary breathing refinement are emphasized.
